Your data / Your choices
Privacy
policy.
This policy explains what information Osstable may collect, why we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you when you use our websites, games, applications, and related services.
Plain-language note: This website currently has no advertising or analytics trackers. The landing-page signup demo stores an entered email only in your own browser and does not transmit it to Osstable. A production newsletter or game service may use additional systems described below and should provide any service-specific notice when data is collected.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Osstable websites, online games, mobile and PC applications, community features, customer support, and other services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”). A particular game, platform, promotion, or region may provide an additional privacy notice. If an additional notice conflicts with this policy, the more specific notice will apply to that activity.
Third-party stores, payment providers, social platforms, or websites operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to them.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account and profile details, such as a display name, email address, account credentials, language, region, and profile preferences.
- Messages and content you choose to share through chat, forums, social features, surveys, competitions, or support requests.
- Transaction-related information. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers; Osstable may receive purchase confirmation, product, currency, and transaction identifiers rather than full payment-card details.
- Consent and preference information, including communications and privacy choices.
Information collected when you use the Services
- Gameplay and interaction data, such as progress, characters, inventory, matchmaking, rankings, session activity, friends, and feature usage.
- Device and technical data, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, approximate region, IP address, network quality, crash reports, and diagnostic logs.
- Security and integrity signals used to prevent fraud, cheating, abuse, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity.
We aim to collect only information that is relevant to providing, protecting, and improving the Services.
How we use information
Depending on the Service and applicable law, we may use information to:
- Provide accounts, gameplay, matchmaking, social features, transactions, support, and other requested functionality.
- Operate, personalize, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve player experiences.
- Maintain service reliability, understand network performance, and resolve technical issues.
- Protect players, enforce our rules, and detect fraud, cheating, security incidents, or abuse.
- Send service messages and, where permitted, product news or promotional communications.
- Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Where applicable, we rely on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose relevant information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: vendors that support hosting, content delivery, customer support, security, analytics, communications, payments, and other business operations, subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.
- Other players: profile, ranking, gameplay, and social information you choose to make visible through multiplayer or community features.
- Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or secure the Services.
- Business transactions: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
- With your direction or consent: when you ask us to connect with another service or otherwise authorize disclosure.
International transfers
Osstable is headquartered in Malaysia and our Services may support players in multiple regions. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards intended to protect information across borders.
Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, maintaining security and integrity, meeting legal or accounting requirements, and resolving disputes. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, why it was collected, account status, and applicable law. We may anonymize information so that it can no longer reasonably identify you.
Children's privacy
Our Services are not intended for children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law unless the relevant Service is specifically designed for them and the required parental or guardian consent has been obtained. If we learn that we collected a child's personal information without the legally required authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise handle it as required by law.
Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information without appropriate consent should contact us using the channel described below.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
- You can adjust available account, privacy, social, and communications settings within the relevant Service.
- You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link included in those messages. Essential service communications may continue.
- You may submit a privacy request through the official support or privacy channel provided in the Service where your information was collected.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide evidence of their authority.
Cookies and local storage
Our Services may use cookies, software development kits, pixels, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, understand performance, prevent fraud, and—where permitted—measure communications or promotions. Controls may be available through the Service, browser, device, or consent interface.
Current landing page: this website does not load third-party analytics or advertising tools. Its newsletter demonstration stores the submitted email in local browser storage only. You can remove that data by clearing this site's storage in your browser. Because no server endpoint is connected, submitting the form does not create an Osstable mailing-list subscription.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, and access. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, and players should use unique credentials, protect account information, and notify the relevant support channel of suspected unauthorized activity.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our Services, practices, or legal obligations change. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice through the relevant Service. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.

For questions about this policy or to exercise a privacy right, use the official support or privacy channel provided within the Osstable Service where your information was collected. This helps us route and verify requests securely.
